What if I can't fit all my trash in the cart?
Place up to 5 kitchen size trash bags to the side, within 3 feet from the cart. Please refer to the pamphlet that came with your garbage container.
What time does my trash need to be put out?
Please put trash out the night before your scheduled garbage pickup day.
Why was my trash not picked up?
Weather permitting and normal pick up routes are being run, your trash would not be picked up if
you did not set the container out the night before or you haven't paid your bill.
Do you take yard waste for recycling?
At this time we do not provide this service but will let you know when we do.
Do you offer bulk trash pickup?

Do you offer automatic bill paying?

How do I dispose of car batteries, tires, oil, and paint?

Can I pay with my credit card?
Yes, we accept MasterCard and Visa
Do you offer once a week or twice a week service?
For residential service, we offer one pickup per week. However, if you are having a special event such as a children’s birthday party and would like to schedule a trash pickup for the next business day, please call our office and we will try to accommodate.
Do you operate on weekends?
We cherish our weekends to spend time with our families. When needed, Saturday service can be arranged. Office hours are Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 4 PM. Outside of Office hours, please give us a call and leave a message.
